Jjuhema Safaris is situated in the most pristine parts of the Southern African bushveld. Where Marula and thorn trees grow abundantly creating a home for many game species famous for their rigidity and endurance in this often harsh environment.
The Lodge
Our hunting Lodge was named after the well-known Hardekool (Combretum imberbe) tree of the Bushveld region. The Hardekool is a key feature in the design of the Lodge that is situated on the 12 400 acres conservation.
The main Lodge will have the kitchen area, bar, bathrooms and also our cherished Hardekool braai boma. Enjoy some late afternoon drinks and storytelling around the fire as you ease into the evening where dinner will be cooked from the very coals that lit up the boma.
We have 3 Chalets each with 2 rooms. All 6 rooms have on-suite bathrooms with views of the surrounding untamed landscapes.
Come and enjoy the bushveld scenery relaxing next to a fire in our Hardekool (Leadwood) boma whilst you start to forget about everyday life and start to fall in love with the place that we call home.
